• Administrators can perform common functions such as developing budgets, reviewing financial data, and overseeing their areas of responsibility

Teachers

• Teachers can perform all of their classroom and grade book tasks including but not limited to attendance, posting homework assignments, inputting grades and responding to e-mail

Counselors

• Counselors can create student schedules, complete conduct procedures, develop graduation plans, and other tasks specific to their areas of responsibility

Specialty Staff

• Nurses, Cafeteria Workers, Discipline Coordinators, Librarians, etc., can view relevant information while being limited to their specific areas of responsibility

Support Staff

• Support personnel can have limited or general access to a wide variety of applications and functions in order to support their school/district

Parents/Students

• Parents and students can review grades, attendance, homework assignments, personal history, and other information on a real-time basis

Vendors

• Schools/Districts have the ability to allow vendors to establish integrated purchasing online, as well as, inquire via the Internet on the status of approved purchase orders, payment of invoices and upcoming bid requests
